In December, 2019, our clients, Mr. & Mrs. Chen approached us sharing their plans to move out of their home of the past 19 years with the goal to retire & join their children in Houston, Texas. Having raised their family in this home, it needed some love & care to bring it up to the state you see today. With retirement ahead of our clients, we needed to maximize the return on their investment. This is where our Concierge Program came in. 

Together, we identified items that could use upgrading & cleaning up. Through Concierge, all renovation & upgrade costs were fronted to the vendors at no cost to our clients - they just pay us back when the home sells. From a brand new kitchen down to the door hardware, this home has been completely transformed.
